The proven 3-step process I use when working 1:1
I know how frustrating it can be to feel like you're stuck. I also know that when you're ready to move forward with your business, you don't want to wait for someone else to take care of it for you.
That's why I'm committed to helping you break through any roadblocks and get your business off the ground.
In our first meeting, we'll dissect all aspects of your business so that I have a great understanding of your target audience, market, offer, sales channels and marketing strategies in place. Once I have all this intel, I'll be able to identify the bottlenecks very quickly.
I'm fast at this because I do this with all my coaching and 1:1 clients DAILY—and there are common roadblocks that hold up the scale of many online businesses.
2- Research and Solution Formation
Now that we have identified the roadblocks, we will move to the solution formation, and in this stage, I will map out a solution that I believe will help you remove the roadblock and initiate scale for your online business.
I will first analyse the current situation and understand your pain points. I will also review the existing alternatives, their benefits and their limitations. Then I will suggest a solution that I believe would help you overcome your pain points and scale-up.
3- Solution refinement
In this phase, we will work together to refine the solution until we are all happy with it and ready to implement it. Our goal is to make sure that everyone has a chance to be heard.
If you or your team have any ideas or concerns about the suggested solution or how we're approaching it, then we will talk abut it in this phase and iterate on the solution to ensure that it is ready for implementation.
